So one of the things I love doing is giving credit where its due and in this case its respecting Die Antwoord's hustle! They were performing at Alexander Wang's Afterparty, thats just too awesome! We HEART SA'ns that are doing big things globally and we look forward to seeing more!

F U N T I M E S @ STRCRD!

As cold as it was on saturday, STRCRD lovers braved it and boy was it worth it....I was with my usual everyday people, great times were had. There was plenty of fashionistas mostly vintage looks, 80's looks into the 90's a great feast for the eyes I tell you! My highlight for the night needless to say was Ntsiki Mazwai (she calls herself something else now) totally blew me away with her new music, would certainly love to see her perfoming again!

 

 

 

when the evening drew to an end it was pretty difficult leaving, looking forward to next year already!

SA Fashion Week, whos showing and when?

With SA Fashion Week happening in a week and a half, just thought id post the schedule for those that aren’t sure who to go see. Personally I’m super confused this year haven’t decided who’s number 1 on my list but either way it’s an exciting time of the year that most fashion lovers look forward to. Solange Knowles sure is a force to be reckoned with. With a sister like Beyonce, Solange has managed to make a house hold name for herself refusing to be out shone by her super star singing and booty hopping sis! Over the years this ladies style has gone from hot to HAUTE I just heart it, its fresh, fun and definitely her own....got to give respect to a trend setter.

Little Dragon FEVER

 

My sister and her boyfriend invite us out to Little Dragon, I had always heard Yukimi Nagano's voice on some house songs as a vocalist but didnt really know who she was. Then I grew an interest and it was just down hill from there  I FELL IN LOVE :)...So we headed to the concert at the Moboneng Precinct, small venue all of Jozi's finest stylisters out in their numbers one word to describe the evening A-W-E-S-O-M-E

 

 

 

Men in ankle boots, YES!

We all want our men looking HOT right? So I figure every now and then I should do posts on men's fashion, I saw these ankle boots and thought YES i'd loooooooove to see lots of men in these :)
