A STELLA JOB

We recently discovered an amazing young fashion designer named Stella Jean. Stella is Haitian born and lives, works and plays in Rome, she grew up surrounded by art, fashion and beauty which evidently paved her way to being a force to be reckoned within woman's fashion. Her SS/13 collection has bold African inspired prints mostly reminded me of Loin Cloth and Ashes designs but stunning none the less. We love seeing African inspired fashion world wide, awesomeness....

COLLECTIVE- JHB

There is a new and better place to do your monthly shopping when you decide to spoil yourself with your hard earned money month end. Lots of pop up stores popping up :) but we chose to let you guys know specifically about this one. Its called Collective-jhb and its happening on Sunday, 3rd of Feb 2013 on the Rooftop of 3 Desmond Rd, Kramerville from 10:00 - 16:00. Collective is a collaboration between designers and collectors under one roof and they offer an alternative, monthly, pop-up shop with the latest must have's in fashion, furniture, jewelry to name a few. We are always excited about new projects especially anything that has to do with reviving our fashionable Joho!

SPLINTER CULTURE

During my morning blog read I stumbled across this lovely website www.hellopretty.com . Some Office Appreciation

Its Friday and the ladies in the office were spotting some must have neck pieces. I wanted to share a few that stood out for me, they were all such great sports...Thank you ladies!

Rise and Grind....

So all the December madness is over and were back to everyone's favorite month January! Most of us are back at the grind and probably looking to upgrade your work apparel once the bank account allows. Here are a few outfit suggestions for work and play on Fridays.

Pin stripe suite with a pop of color just to brighten it up, the pop of the turquoise belt  looks great!

Been off the radar
